WHEN REMOVAL IS THE RIGHT CALL
Red palm weevil infestation Once a palm is heavily infested and the crown has collapsed, treatment is no longer viable and removal is the safest option — both for the tree and to stop the pest spreading to nearby palms.
Storm or wind damage A snapped trunk or badly unbalanced palm after bad weather can become a serious hazard and usually needs to come down.
Disease or structural decline Rot at the base, a leaning or unstable trunk, or a palm that's simply dying can pose a risk to people, cars and property nearby.
Renovation or landscaping changes Sometimes a healthy palm just needs to be removed to make way for a pool, extension, or a redesigned garden — common across Marbella's villa renovation market.

WHY HIRE US
Fully insured — full liability cover for every removal job, whatever the size of the palm.
Height-access certified — trained for safe dismantling of tall or awkward palms, without needing to drop the whole tree in one piece where space is tight.
Experience with gated communities and villa developments — many of our jobs in Nueva Andalucía and Puerto Banús involve limited access, shared driveways or proximity to pools and neighbouring properties; we plan around this before starting.
Clear quote before starting — we assess on site or from photos and confirm the cost upfront, with no surprises once the job is under way.

FAQ
How much does palm tree removal cost in Marbella? It depends on the palm's height, condition, and how easy or difficult the site is to access. We give a free, no-obligation quote after seeing photos or visiting in person — there's no fixed price we can quote blind.
Can you come urgently if a palm has fallen or looks like it's about to? Yes — if there's an immediate safety risk, message us on WhatsApp with photos and we'll prioritise getting someone out to assess it, usually the same day.
Do I need permission to remove a palm tree in Marbella? It depends on the property and, in some cases, the local council or community rules. We can advise on this during the assessment, though the final responsibility for any permit sits with the property owner.
What happens to the tree once it's removed? We remove all cut material — trunk, fronds and root ball where applicable — and dispose of it responsibly. You're left with a clear, clean site.
Is removal always necessary, or can some palms be saved? Not always — we assess each case honestly. If trimming or treatment (for example, for early-stage red palm weevil) is still a viable option, we'll tell you rather than push for removal unnecessarily. See our Palm Tree Trimming in Marbella page for maintenance and treatment options.
